THE STORY
I lived the patterns too.
Full transparency:
I was stuck in my own unhealthy relationship patterns for years and genuinely couldn't see them. I was walking around as a red flag and had no idea. Loving hard. Showing up fully. And still ending up confused, drained, and repeating the same cycles.
Therapy helped me see the pattern. But Jesus broke it. It wasn't strategy or willpower that changed me; it was surrender. And the moment I stopped trying to fix myself and let the Holy Spirit do what only He can do? Everything changed. Not just my relationships. But me.
That's how this work was birthed. Not in a classroom. Not from a textbook. But from the inside of a pattern, I finally dared to bring it to the feet of Jesus.
That personal experience is what drives every tool, every talk, and every room I walk into.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with 12 years of clinical experience, I've sat across from hundreds of people at their most honest, most broken, most stuck moments. And every single time, without exception, the pain wasn't really about the other person. It was about the pattern. And underneath that pattern is something unhealed that needed to be brought to God. I've helped people confront and heal those patterns to move on to healthier relationships.
Everything I've built the card deck, the coaching, the speaking exists to bridge the gap between where you are and where God is calling you. You don't need more information. You need someone to walk with you through the process. That's what I do. I'm your guide and proof that the pattern can be broken.
